Lea Michele Sends "Love" to Boyfriend Cory Monteith, "Grateful" He's in Rehab

Lea Michele is speaking out about boyfriend Cory Monteith checking himself into rehab.

"I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this," Michele said in a statement. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision."

Monteith's rep revealed today that the Glee actor "voluntarily" checked into a treatment facility for addiction.

Michele's statement echoes a tweet she posted earlier today. "Feeling so grateful today," she posted.

Just three days ago, Monteith tweeted, "such a beautiful day! Truly seeing the forest for the trees. #gratitude."

A source says that Monteith's stint in rehab will not affect the shooting of Glee's two remaining episodes of the season.
