Tracy Anderson's rep tells E! News: "It's with great sadness that Tracy has confirmed the separation between herself and her husband, Matt."
"The well-being of the daughter that they share, as well as her son, will always remain Tracy's first priority," the rep continues. "We appreciate the respect of Tracy and her family's privacy during this immensely heartbreaking and painful time."
The couple wed in Big Sur in 2011 and welcomed a baby daughter, Penelope, in May 2012. Tracy also has a 13-year-old son with her first husband, former NBA star Eric Anderson.
Tracy's clients include stars such as Nicole Richie, Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez, Julianne Hough, Molly Sims and more.
