Well, for Rihanna, this photo truly is shocking.

The 25-year-old pop star has released the cover art for her single "What Now," and—surprise!—she's fully clothed.

"#WHATNOW Brand new single cover!! #Unapologetic," the singer tweeted Tuesday night.

RiRi's sporting a fitted black dress with sheer detailing in the sexy pic, giving the camera a smoldering stare while rocking intense smoky eye makeup and a mullet hairstyle.

The new cover art is a far cry the performer's latest music video for her single "Pour It Up," in which she poses as a stripper and twerks like there's no tomorrow.

Perhaps she's turned over a new leaf considering she recently called herself "a square" and said she's "done with partying"?

(We highly doubt it.)

The "Diamonds" singer, who is famous for showing off her bangin' bod in scandalous pics, was most recently slammed by Charlotte Church for sexualizing females in the music industry.

Addressing the music video for "Pour It Up," Church said: "You only have to look at the online response to see that it is only a matter of time until the public turns on an artist for pushing it too far. But the single, like all Rihanna's other provocative hits, will make her male writers, producers and record label guys a ton of money."

No word yet whether she finds RiRi's latest cover art slightly more appealing.
