The 25-year-old "Rolling in the Deep" singer and her beau left their 13-month-old son, Angelo, at home to take in the pop star's performance at Annabel's in London Friday night.
It was a rare public appearance for the British songbird, who has been laying low since giving birth to her son Oct. 19, 2012.
Mother Monster hit the stage at the event in a sparkly onesie covered in white fabric, performing a medley of hits from her album Artpop, including "ARTPOP," "Poker Face," "Dope" and "Do What U Want."
Adele wasn't the only star in the audience for the show, though.
Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Emma Watson, Bar Rafaeli, Eddie Redmayne, Jessie J, Chelsea Davy, and James Blunt were just a few of the celebs who came out to watch the flamboyant singer's performance.
The Belvedere Vodka event celebrated the launch of Artpop and the third anniversary of the brand's partnership with (RED), and also supported the Belvedere Red Special Edition bottles, which raises proceeds for the Global Fund.
"I think it is very important to join the fight against Aids and HIV and think it is wonderful that belvedere and Annabel's are supporting and had this event this evening," Lady Gaga said in a statement . "The more we can educate people the more we control the problem. I think it is really wonderful they are involved and think all major corporations should join the fight."
Aside from her private performance, Gaga has been putting on a show offstage in London as well, stepping out in a wacky Picasso dress Friday, and a Mona Lisa t-shirt dress earlier in the week.
