The Kardashians' trip to Thailand hasn't been all about bikini-clad fun in the sun, the E! reality stars stopped by an orphanage in Phuket to visit with the local children.

An insider tells us that the family spent several hours playing with children and donated "loads of toys and soccer balls and board games" to the facility.

"The kids loved it, they probably didn't have a clue who Kim Kardashian and her family are, but they loved the presents," the source added.

Kim was joined by Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner and Brody Jenner during the charitable outing.

The entire group was seen hand painting with the children and having a blast as they painted murals on the orphanage's walls.

Kim and her siblings also wrote personalized messages to the kids on the wall so that they wouldn't soon forget their visitors.

"The girls were great with the kids. They were very motherly and attentive. Khloé played ball with some of them, too!"

Bruce was seen playing volleyball and Ping-Pong with the children—which only seems fitting for the Olympian!

The family was also given a brief tour of the nearby village and the premises.

Kim and Khloé were seen holding hands with several kids as they showed them the sights.

As they were wrapping up their visit, the Kardashians posed for photos with the kids and hugged them as they said their emotional goodbyes.

Earlier today, the Kardashians were seen playing with elephants before heading on a zip-lining adventure in the nearby jungle.

Kendall also posted a shot of herself in a skin-baring two-piece swimsuit on her Instagram page and wrote, "Just me and my coconut."

The model appears to be holding a coconut with a straw in her left hand—now that's what we call a vacation!
