Did you see Kate Middleton's pretty Tory Burch dress that she wore to a playdate with Prince George in New Zealand, and now you really want it? Get in line.

It's a known fact that whatever the royal family wears (whether it be dresses or kangaroo backpacks) will sell out instantly. So, it's no surprise that after Kate stepped out to the Plunkett's Parent's Group at Government House in Wellington, New Zealand in a pretty graphic print frock by Tory Burch, the dress started flying off the shelves.

The Tory Burch Paulina dress is listed on sale for $237 (originally $395) at ToryBurch.com, but even though we got pretty excited about the sale price, we scrolled down a bit and noticed the "This item is currently not available" memo at the bottom. Translation? Kate Middleton wore this dress and now everybody and their mother wants it.

The Paulina dress is also sold out at Net-a-Porter, Nordstrom.com and Bloomingdales.com. Sigh. And while that breathtaking red Catherine Walker coat dress the Duchess of Cambridge wore on Monday was a pretty tough act to follow, we think she knocked it out of the park yet again with this flawless Tory Burch number.

But even though Kate looked stunning, it was really Prince George who stole the show. He looked truly sweet in a peter pan collar shirt and a pair of Rachel Riley smocked dungarees with a sailboat on the front.

And here's some good news: The sailboat overalls are still available online for $129! But we'd recommend you grab your credit card instantly because it's only a matter of time before they sell out, too.
