It's a good thing Keanu Reeves knows kung fu!

Last Friday, officers responded to a burglary call at the Matrix star's Hollywood Hills home, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to E! News. Officers detained one woman, who was taken to a medical facility for further evaluation, the LAPD confirms, although they could not confirm whether the woman was still in the hospital or if she had any priors.

A trespassing report was made, but no property was taken. Fortunately, LAPD confirmed to E! News that no injuries were reported, either.

The LAPD could not confirm to E! News whether the woman was inside Keanu's house or where she was specifically on the property. However, according to TMZ, who was first to report the incident, Keanu himself found woman in her mid-40s sitting in a chair in his library.

Law enforcement sources told the site the 50-year-old Matrix Reloaded star "calmly approached her and began speaking to her." The alleged intruder "explained she was there to meet him." Keanu reportedly called 911 "very calmly" and "obtusely" told the dispatcher what was happening.

The actor's rep did not immediately respond to E! News' request for comment.

Keanu's not the only one to have a scare along these lines, though. In July, his Speed co-star Sandra Bullock came face-to-face with an alleged stalker in her L.A. home.

According to an affidavit, the Oscar winner called police after seeing a male "wearing a dark sweatshirt and dark pants" walk past her bedroom towards the third floor stairs.

She took a different approach to the situation than Keanu reportedly did, though. The report added, "She feared for her safety, closed and locked her door to her bedroom and called 911." The intruder, Joshua Corbett, was immediately arrested without incident. A search warrant was issued for his home, storage unit and car, which uncovered several items of evidence that point to the fact that he was obsessed with the Hollywood star. Several firearms, rifles and handguns as well as a large amount of ammunition were also recovered from his home.

Sandra's alleged stalker plead not guilty to felony charges of burglary, stalking and possession of a stockpile of weapons.
