Kylie Jenner will celebrate her 18th birthday in less than a month!

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's popularity grew over the past year as she debuted chic, mature and even risqué looks and sparked romance rumors involving 25-year-old rapper Tyga. Speaking at the recent launch of her Kylie Hair Kouture extension line at Bellami Beauty Bar, Kylie revealed to E! News what she hopes to do the moment she's finally "legal."

"When the first thing I want to do is maybe have like a birthday party and then maybe go on a trip with just my friends," she said at the recent launch of her Kylie Hair Kouture extension line at Bellami Beauty Bar. "I'm legal, so I can go on a trip legally without a chaperone, so that'll be fun, just a girl trip."

Kylie, who will celebrate her birthday on Aug. 10, also talked about her niece, Penelope Disick, who celebrated her third birthday at Disneyland with her mom Kourtney Kardashian, 36, and other members of her famous family. Kylie, who is in the process of moving out of mom Kris Jenner's house and into her own $2.7 million mansion, was unable to join them and the child's dad, Scott Disick, 32, who is going through a split with Kourtney, was also absent. He posted a birthday message for her online.

"She is so cute," Kylie told E! News. "I missed out on Disneyland. That was my only free day to really get my thoughts together before I move in."

She said she did send her niece her best wishes for her birthday.
