If a picture says 1,000 words, this cover will garner at least a billion.

Beyoncé is Vogue's September cover girl, and fans of the artist are about to go wild over her look. Shot by Mario Testino, Bey scorches with a wet-haired look and skin-tight Marc Jacobs dress and coat, flaunting her killer bod and even more striking smolder. If the cover, which just so happens to be the most highly coveted cover of the year of any magazine, leaves you speechless, major fashion designers sum up just what makes the "***Flawless" singer, well, flawless.

"The word diva is used for so many female performers, and it often means they have reputations for being difficult, but she exudes charm and a lovable quality," says Marc Jacobs.

Although she is wearing Marc Jacobs on the cover, the inside pages show a still-wet Beyoncé dressed in other haute couture designers, including Versace, Stella McCartney and Givenchy. With her insane curves so prominently on display, it's no wonder these designers have no problem saying how confident the superstar is in her own skin.

"The most powerful thing about her persona is the unabashed pleasure she takes in her own body: its beauty, its power, its versatility," Jacobs adds.

If pictures aren't enough, Vogue has also provided behind-the-scenes footage of the "Halo" crooner's photo shoot, and even when she's not paying attention she somehow manages to slay. "Her appeal crosses art forms, genders and generations," says Stella McCartney.

The sultry photo shoot shows a sexier side of Beyoncé—not that we didn't already know that she was sexy—but shows her really getting in touch with her sensual side. The video reveals the singer-actress playing with keys that she seductively drops down her cleavage (ooh la la!).

If you can't take your eyes off of her, you're not alone. As Ricardo Tisci puts it, "There is a magnetic presence to her."

The September issue is available at Target stores nationwide starting Aug. 14 or online. The issue will be on stands in New York and L.A. on Aug. 18.
