OK, It may be one of the cheesier things we have experienced lately (and that's saying quite a lot coming from the Twilight franchise), but we still can't get enough of Edward and Bella's new love song, "A Thousand Years."

And leave it to mega-fan Christina Perri to pen the perfect ode to their love story—girl is rightly Team Edward, after all!

So does Christina's tune capture all the magic of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's onscreen love?

You betcha. At least the lyrics do, that is. The "lyric video" leaves much to be desired, but we'll bet our vampire hearts on Summit releasing a new version, complete with lots of Bella and Edward magic.

We love that Christina is such a fan of the series herself, a self-proclaimed Twi-hard with a "bitten" tattoo on her wrist. We can't think of anyone more suitable to write a love song for our fave couple.

Except Adele, maybe?

And girl perfectly captured the eternal love in their relaysh: "All along I believed I would find you/ Time has brought your heart to me/ I have loved you for a thousand years/ I'll love you for a thousand more"

What a perfect way to commemorate the love between Bella and Edward! We don't care if it's only on the big screen—this is definitely the wedding of the century.

The only thing that would make it better? If Rob serenaded Kris while singing their magical love anthem. Hey, we know the dude loves his music, and it could make for some spectacular bonus footage.

Taking any hints, Summit?

Sound off with your thoughts on the love song!
