Mission accomplished. Lindsay Lohan is a free woman.

She posted $300,000 bail late Friday night and was whisked away from her home away from home, Century Regional Correctional Facility, once again managing to elude the paparazzi thronged outside.

A judge overturned an earlier ruling Friday and set the amount after Lohan's attorney had argued that it was unlawful for the actress to be remanded without bail for 30 days while awaiting her Oct. 22 probation hearing.

Judge Patricia Schnegg, assistant supervising judge for the Los Angeles Criminal Courts, reviewed, considered and stamped her approval on Holley's writ of habeas corpus Friday evening.

Not that Schnegg didn't set a few rules for the just-released starlet:

Lohan will be required to report back to authorities within 24 hours to be fitted for yet another SCRAM bracelet to ensure that she stays off the sauce for the next month.

In fact, per Schnegg's order, she must "stay out of places where [alcoholic beverages] are the chief item of sale."

She is also not allowed to possess any drugs or socialize with any known drug users, and she must be willing to submit to a law-enforcement search at any time, "with or without a warrant, probably cause or reasonable suspicion."

The actress is expected to be processed out of Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Center sometime tonight.

Of course, this could just be putting off the inevitable.

The remander-in-chief, L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, told Lohan when laying out the terms of her probation last month that she would be sentenced to 30 days in jail if she failed or skipped a court-ordered drug test.

That allegedly happened two weeks ago, Lohan admitted to messing up and said she was ready to "face the consequences."
