An eye for an eye, you might say?

Eva Longoria's ex, Tony Parker, has sued the Manhattan nightclub where a brawl broke out last week allegedly involving Chris Brown and Drake after the NBA star suffered an eye injury during the melee, E! News has confirmed.

The Spurs point guard, who claims to have suffered a corneal laceration in his left eye, is reportedly asking for $20 million in damages against W.i.P. nightclub.

In court documents filed yesterday in Manhattan's State Supreme Court and obtained by E! News, Parker alleges that he was at the club sitting at a table away from Brown and Drake when, per media reports, "at some point Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage entered into an altercation involving bottle throwing, possible gunshots and a general melee."

He is accusing the club of negligence for failing to adequately secure the premises, failing to call police in a timely manner and failing to monitor activity on its premises.

Parker further alleges that the club created a public nuisance by "sitting persons known to be hostile to each other at the same time in order to generate funds for themselves." In addition, the lawsuit claims the club is liable because it provided alcohol to "visibly intoxicated" people, which was a "a contributing cause of the altercation and of Parker's injuries."

Parker was one of several celebs who were reportedly spotted that evening, including Mary J. Blige, Ne-Yo and Fabolous.

The club has since been shuttered, its manager was arrested on two outstanding warrants, and a slew of injured victims have threatened legal action.

Drake alluded to the dustup during a concert in Long Island, N.Y., last weekend, while rapper Meek Mill—who was allegedly involved in the bottle-bashing altercation—denied that there was any bad blood between Drake and Brown, who both dated Rihanna.
