The Freak Show doesn't begin until October, but American Horror Story took Comic-Con by storm on Saturday, July 26 and revealed some key details including people, places and names.

Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts and Angela Bassett made their Comic-Con debut alongside their costar veterans Evan Peters and Michael Chiklis. Executive producer Tim Minear was on hand to reveal details including character names and the big bad played by Body of Proof and The Americans veteran John Carroll Lynch. Think Rubber Man and Bloody Face, but worse. Yep, nightmares already.

In typical American Horror Story fashion, details are being kept under wraps, but here's what we know: Roberts plays a woman named Maggie, Paulson plays Bette and Dot Tattler, conjoined twins, Bates plays Ethel Darling, the ex-wife to Michael Chiklis' Wendell Del Toredo, a strongman who is now married to Bassett's Desiree Dupree and Peters will play Jimmy, Bates' son. Jessica Lange, who was not present at Comic-Con, plays Elsa Mars, the head proprietor of the freak show. The season is set in the 1950s in Jupiter, Florida.

The cast also includes Frances Conroy, Wes Bentley and Finn Wittrock.
