Despite all that she's been through, Giuliana Rancic continues to remain positive. In fact, probably more so than ever.

Nearly four months after undergoing a successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, the E! News and Fashion Police cohost appeared on Today this morning with husband Bill Rancic to give an update on her progress.

"I'm good," said a smiling Giuliana. "I mean, it's been a tough journey...but after further research and further testing, as of now, I won't be needing chemotherapy, which is fantastic news. But I will go forward with oral medication. You do what the doctors tell you to do and it's going to be OK."

As for how Giuliana's treatment will affect the couple's ongoing efforts to have a child, Bill notes that they've been exploring all their options.

"There's a lot of things we haven't looked at yet," he said. "So, we're going to dive in and I think this is going to be our year."

Added Giuliana: "At the end of the day, whether you have a baby naturally, through adoption, through surrogacy, it's your baby. You're going to love that baby and that's all that matters."

Until then, though, the happy couple are focusing on the love that they have for each other.

"This summer, we're going to renew our vows," Bill revealed. "And really take life on and look at it in a new light."

Meanwhile, season five of Giuliana & Bill premieres tomorrow night on the Style Network.
